Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: Charleston, Oregon
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are looking for a licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our rehabilitation team in Oregon. Key Responsibilities:
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized treatment plans

- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal regulations
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active Occupational Therapist license in the state of Oregon
- Previous experience in clinical or rehabilitation settings preferred
