Data Control Clerk

Description

Main Purpose:

Assist with building and maintaining Excel spread sheets. Compile and record all costs associated with jobs, create transmittals and billing orders for processing. 

Essential Functions:

• Track all job-related costs in job trackers/excel
• Audit DSR Tracker / Invoices
• Build, modify, and maintain Excel Spread sheets
• Create and comprehend complex "if" formulas, nested formulas, and pivot tables
• Other responsibilities as determined by the supervisor

Requirements

Physical Requirements:

• Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
• Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15lbs.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen
• Must be able to pass background check
• Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing
• Must be able to build, maintain, and correct Excel spread sheets at an advanced level

Desirable Experience, Education, and Training:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Able to work in and independently and in team environment
• Experience in working with accounting software applications, Report writing applications and Programs
• Advanced with building, modifying and maintaining Excel spread sheets

Tools, Equipment, and Technology:

• Basic knowledge working with Office Phones and copy machines

Environmental Conditions:

• 85% to 90% of job duties ae performed in office environment
• Some outdoor activities are a requirement of the role including yard tours and jobsite visits
