Hazel Health is seeking a Customer Success Associate for the Metropolitan DC area to support the effective adoption of its virtual healthcare services in schools. This role is ideal for an empathetic and proactive individual eager to engage with school staff and communities to enhance healthcare access for K-12 students.
Responsibilities: Primary responsibilities include conducting site assessments, addressing service blockers, promoting engagement through school visits and events, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure effective service delivery.
Skills: Strong customer-centric communication, proactive problem-solving, knowledge of K-12 school logistics, and ability to work independently while managing time and priorities effectively.
Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in school-based or healthcare settings; a bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred; existing school relationships in the area are a plus; Spanish-speaking skills are advantageous.
Location: Remote, must reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DC, Northern Virginia, or suburban Maryland).
Compensation: $24 - $31 / Hourly

The Role: Customer Success Associate (Metropolitan DC)
We are seeking a Customer Success Associate to support the adoption and ongoing success of Hazel’s services in schools. This introductory-level role is ideal for a proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented individual who is excited to work directly with school staff and communities.
This role works under the direction and mentorship of more senior customer-facing team members and supports daily execution of customer success activities. The Customer Success Associate serves as a critical bridge between Hazel’s services and the schools we serve, helping ensure that students and schools receive timely, high-quality care.
Location: Remote - Must currently reside in the Washington, DC metropolitan area (DC, Northern Virginia, or suburban Maryland)
Travel: Up to 80% (3-4 days / week)
