Hazel Health is seeking a Licensed Pediatric Mental Health Therapist to provide virtual mental health services to K-12 students. This full-time, remote position offers competitive compensation and two months off during summer.
Responsibilities: Provide virtual mental health counseling and interventions, conduct assessments, collaborate with a care management team, and ensure accurate documentation.
Skills: Must have effective communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a working knowledge of mental health diagnosis and treatment.
Qualifications: Licensed as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC in RI with a minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting; telehealth experience preferred.
Location: Remote, available to candidates residing in certain states across the U.S.
Compensation: $68350 - $76650 / Annually

Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $68,350 - $76,650, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
