Qualifications: A bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related field is preferred, alongside 3+ years of relevant experience in clinical operations or practice management, ideally in telehealth or pediatrics.
Location: This is a fully remote position available to applicants residing in certain states across the USA or willing to relocate.
Compensation: $80000 - $95000 / Annually

The Role:
We’re looking for a highly organized, self-motivated, and proactive Remote Practice Manager to lead the day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives of our growing school-based physical health program. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, a detail-oriented problem-solver, highly driven and proactive, and has experience supporting providers such as physicians and advanced practice providers.
This role is central to ensuring our clinical operations run smoothly—managing provider schedules, optimizing staffing, collaborating cross-functionally, supporting front-line staff, and driving continuous improvement to enhance quality and efficiency. Total compensation for this role is market competitive, with a base salary range of $80,000 - $95,000, a 401k match, CEU Allowance, healthcare coverage, paid time off, cross-licensure sponsorship (if eligible), and a broad range of other benefits and perks.
