Staff Software Engineer (Provider Growth)
Skills
- Experience with full stack modern web application development.
- Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (Python, TypeScript preferred).
- Ability to work with technologies like FastAPI, React, Remix, Next.js, AWS infrastructure, Kafka, Spark.
- Familiarity with monitoring and incident management tools such as Datadog, PagerDuty, and Sentry.
- Experience architecting complex, scalable systems.
Responsibilities
- Architect and lead design of scalable, cross-domain software systems to support provider growth.
- Drive technical vision and strategy through technical design documentation and quarterly planning.
- Establish engineering best practices and standards across multiple teams.
- Lead major technical initiatives requiring cross-team collaboration.
- Mentor senior engineers and technical leaders to foster team growth.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
