Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end technical programs across engineering and the company, owning outcomes from definition through delivery
- Prioritize and manage technical investments to address scalability and operational health
- Drive initiatives to improve system observability, reliability, performance, and operational excellence
- Partner strategically with Foundations team leadership on priorities and execution
- Establish operational health metrics and continuous improvements enhancing developer experience
- Align cross-functional teams on technical strategy, roadmap, and prioritization
- Create scalable processes and playbooks to improve engineering velocity, predictability, and quality
- Communicate program status, risks, and decisions to senior leadership
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- Advanced degree preferred
