Responsibilities
- Support execution of company-wide initiatives and department goals
- Manage and follow through on leadership team delegated tasks
- Assist in project planning, coordination, and follow-up on high-priority initiatives
- Implement and monitor operational workflows and performance indicators
- Coordinate day-to-day cross-departmental operations
- Manage leadership calendars, meeting logistics, and deliverables
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and internal communications
- Maintain organized systems for tracking initiatives, deadlines, and progress
- Serve as liaison between leadership and internal teams to support communication and accountability
- Identify process gaps and assist in driving solutions
- Track operational data, payroll reports, and departmental performance metrics
- Support leadership meetings ensuring timely execution of action items
Education
- Minimum of 3 years experience in operations, coordination, or project support role
- Healthcare experience preferred
