How you can make a difference
As the Director of Product Management for the Assist Portfolio at HealthEquity, you will lead the strategy, execution, and growth of our Rewards & Incentives portfolio. This is a pivotal role that combines product innovation and behavioral economics to amplify how members engage with their health and financial benefits.
You’ll own and drive HealthEquity’s Rewards & Incentives solutions. This includes our rewards account offering, new capabilities like Rewards as a Service, and the integration of personalized incentives into platforms like Momentum. Your work will transform rewards from a transactional add-on into a dynamic lever for engagement, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
We’re looking for a strategic thinker and hands-on builder, someone who can set a bold vision, reduce it to practice, and launch products that scale. You’ll own the roadmap and associated P&L, collaborating across business units to position rewards across our full portfolio.
