- Experience with Order Management Systems and supply chain operations
- Hands-on expertise with integration platforms like Celigo, Boomi, or MuleSoft
- Familiarity with OMS platforms such as Teamwork Commerce
- Basic SQL and API-based architecture knowledge
- Understanding of SDLC, change management, and system mapping
Responsibilities
- Define and own the product roadmap for OMS and 3PL integrations
- Drive prioritization for advanced order routing, split shipments, and exception handling
- Ensure inventory accuracy and visibility alignment with ERP and fulfillment nodes
- Manage integration flows across OMS, ERP, 3PL, WMS, and customer platforms
- Reduce order cancellations caused by integration and system issues
- Define and improve OMS key performance indicators
- Own triage and coordination of OMS/inventory system incidents
- Lead root cause analysis and implement corrective actions
- Manage production support pipeline for OMS and inventory systems
Education
- Relevant bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
