Minimum Requirements:
Compensation: This is a W2 employment opportunity. Exact compensation for onsite providers is $55 an hour, with a $5,000 sign on bonus ($2,500 paid after 6 months of employment, $2,500 paid at the end of the school year), and the opportunity to earn up to a $250 (up to $3000 per year) monthly incentive for providers who work 60 hours or more in an invoicing period (approximately every 2 weeks) and meet other eligibility criteria. Exact hourly rate will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate’s skills, geographical location, and other qualifications.
