We are currently seeking a talented Staff Engineer RF/Wireless who wants to join a dynamic and experienced team and take their technical knowledge to the next level in our mission of excellence.
Job DescriptionIn your new role you will:
- Be responsible for the design and development of radio transceivers.
- Be responsible for the design of radios in various process technologies including deep submicron CMOS encompassing the design of RFIC transceiver blocks such as low noise amplifiers, power amplifiers,VGAs, mixers, RF PLLs, filters, and LDOs.
- Help with layout, RF board and module design, and lab characterization.
*Infineon 802.11be/ax/ac, 802.11a/b/g/n, and BT solutions enable manufacturers to build wireless connectivity products with the performance, interoperability, security, and ease-of-use that consumers and businesses demand.
Your Profile- Ideal candidate will have advanced course work and/or project experience in CMOS RFIC Design, in several of the following areas:
- Front-end (LNA, mixers, PA drivers, PAs)
- PLLs & Frequency Synthesizers
- Transceivers baseband blocks (filters, VGA, ADCs & DACs)

Minimum of $ 135,400 per year and maximum of $ 186,200 per year
In addition, all full-time employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan
