Dir Distribution Marketing Americas

As the Dir Distribution Marketing Americas, you will lead the Americas Distribution Marketing team and work with regional channel marketing partners, FAEs and sales teams to assess business opportunities, developing long-term strategies, support sales teams, and contribute to market research.

In your new role you will:
  • Lead the Americas Distribution Marketing team and work with regional channel marketing partners, FAEs and sales teams to assess business opportunities, developing long-term strategies, support sales teams, and contribute to market research
  • In this role, you will drive demand creation in the channel in the Americas region while being on top of the market trends and driving constructive feedback to the product line team to grow broad market business
  • Provide management updates on the status of the channel business
  • Act as the evangelist for several new product families and develop new business while cooperating with the local distribution sales teams across the targeted consumer, medical, automotive and industrial applications
  • Assess the business opportunities at the region, be on top of them, and achieve the expected revenue from the distribution business in the region
  • Look for new opportunities, product synergies and partnerships
  • Make sure team has timely response on open distribution quote requests
  • Develop a strategy for long term revenue and profit growth at the region
  • Be the trusted advisor for your customers and the sales organization at the region, with a can-do attitude and world-class service orientation
  • Support with trainings and collateral
  • Contribute to market research by region and market segment, providing inputs to a TAM/SAM/SOM market model used for business planning
  • Effectively position our products at the customers
  • Develop a multi-year sales opportunities funnel to fuel future long-term profitable growth, while monitoring systems for funnel representation
  • Maintain quarterly and annual revenue and drive tactical activities for near-term revenue
  • Closely work with product marketing on a winning product roadmap


You are best equipped for this task if you have:
  • 10+ years of business development and/or distribution channel marketing experience
  • Sense of urgency
  • Experience in semiconductor marketing
  • Experience in operating across different cultures
  • Market knowledge in the consumer, automotive and industrial segments
  • Proven track record of driving revenue growth at superior margins
  • Strong business growth record with distribution partners
  • Strong analytical and planning skills combined with the ability to make your numbers
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
  • Domestic travel required

Wage range that the company expects to pay for a qualified candidate:

San Jose, CA
Minimum of $201,120 salary per year
Maximum of $276,540 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.

Colorado Springs, CO
Minimum of $169,040 salary per year
Maximum of $232,430 salary per year

In addition, all employees will be eligible to participate in an incentive plan.
