Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales and Finance teams to close customer deals.
- Review, redline, and approve sales agreements, vendor agreements, and NDAs.
- Develop and maintain contract lifecycle management and playbooks.
- Support corporate development with due diligence and transaction contracts.
- Implement scalable legal processes and contribute to sales team training.
- Review and revise company policies and advise on privacy and compliance issues.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Bar admission in California, New York, or Illinois with Registered In-House Counsel status qualification.
