Responsibilities
- Structure, draft, and negotiate government contracts ensuring compliance with FAR, DFARS, NFS, and agency-specific rules.
- Develop contracting strategies aligned with business and regulatory demands.
- Advise internal teams on federal contracting bid strategies and compliance.
- Draft and manage commercial supply chain and manufacturing agreements with focus on IP, indemnities, and warranties.
- Provide timely legal advice across departments, managing risks and supporting sensitive and strategic legal matters.
- Collaborate on special projects and assist senior legal leadership with evolving priorities.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
- Active admission to a U.S. state bar, eligible to practice in-house in California.
