Director, Video Partnerships

IPG Mediabrands is a leading global media and marketing solutions division managing over $47 billion in client investments. They seek a strategic, analytical Director of Video Partnerships to lead omni-channel media strategies across National TV linear and alternative video platforms, fostering client relationships and driving multi-platform viewership growth.

Skills

  • Expertise in national broadcast media buying and negotiation
  • Solid understanding of marketing, advertising principles, and media metrics
  • Proficiency with media data sources and research tools
  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills
  • Technical proficiency with media systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

  • Direct communications and relationship management with clients and media partners
  • Develop and execute partnership strategies and go-to-market plans for National TV linear and alternative video channels
  • Collaborate with Strategy, Analytics, and Client Advice teams to align partnership goals with client KPIs
  • Manage media negotiation processes and oversee day-to-day team responsibilities
  • Leverage data and analytics to recommend partner selection ensuring strategic value and efficiency
  • Support new business initiatives and agency-wide revenue goals

Education

  • College degree not required but preferred
