Job Summary:

The Itential Marketing Team is the central nucleus for our entire company and plays a key role in generating demand and driving revenue. We are a close-knit team that has created something truly special in the network automation market.


The ideal Demand Generation & Campaign Coordinator has 2–3 years of hands-on experience in marketing and is ready to take the next step in their career by owning and executing high-impact demand generation programs. You’ve worked in a fast-paced environment, know your way around a marketing calendar, and can move from creative to execution with confidence.


You’re curious, organized, and proactive. You love rolling up your sleeves, managing multiple moving parts, and keeping the trains running on time. You’re not afraid to ask questions, own projects and speak up when something needs attention. And most importantly, you’re excited about the challenge of marketing a complex product in a way that makes it feel simple, relevant, and exciting.

Duties/Responsibilities:

In this role, you’ll play a key part in scaling our demand generation efforts. You’ll lead campaign execution across channels, coordinate marketing initiatives, and collaborate closely with content, events, and digital team to drive pipeline and brand awareness. 

  • Own the execution of marketing campaigns across digital channels including email, paid, social, and web.
  • Take the lead on calendar management and time coordination for campaign launches, events, and content planning.
  • Manage and execute webinars and field marketing events — including pre-promotion, live support, and post-event execution.
  • Support video production including editing (clips, intros, transitions, captions) to create content for YouTube, social, and campaigns.
  • Support the execution of account-based marketing (ABX) programs by coordinating personalized campaigns, targeted outreach, and tailored experiences across priority accounts in close collaboration with sales and RevOps.
  • Collaborate with our BDR team to ensure timely campaign follow-up and pipeline alignment.
  • Draft and schedule social content, monitor engagement, and find creative ways to grow our voice on LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and other channels.
  • Collaborate with our creative team to develop campaign assets — including digital ads, social graphics, event materials, and email visuals — that bring each campaign to life and align with our brand.
  • Partner with RevOps to understand performance across campaigns and channels, deliver regular reporting, and help adjust strategies based on what’s working (or not).
  • Experiment with and manage AI-based tools (like custom GPTs and campaign agents) to support execution and continuously train our internal models for better campaign insights, content workflows, and marketing operations.
  • Manage and update website content using WordPress, building and publishing new pages, blog posts, and campaign assets to support ongoing marketing efforts.
  • Communicate effectively across the team and cross-functionally with other departments (sales, product, etc.) to keep campaigns aligned and on track.
  • Use tools like Asana and Slack to manage projects, organize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Flex both sides of your brain by contributing bold, creative ideas — while also using data and analytics to back decisions, optimize performance, and fine-tune marketing efforts.
  • Support day-to-day team needs and jump into projects where needed — every day’s a little different (in the best way).

Requirements

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • 2–3 years of experience in B2B marketing or demand generation, ideally in SaaS or infrastructure tech.
  • Proven ability to coordinate and execute campaigns across channels (email, paid, events, social).
  • A proactive self-starter who takes initiative and isn’t afraid to ask questions.
  • Strong communicator — both written and verbal — who collaborates well across teams.
  • Organized and efficient with excellent project coordination and time management skills.
  • Curious about marketing, technology, the buyer journey, and how it all connects.
  • Comfortable in fast-paced environments, juggling multiple projects and priorities.
  • Familiar with marketing tools, spreadsheets, and platforms like Google Docs, Slack, and Asana.
