- Advise on acquisitions, dispositions, and complex transactions relating to Jane Street's business
- Collaborate extensively with global and local Tax teams and non-tax professionals
- Support structuring and advisory for the firm’s trading activities
Education
- Qualified lawyer with a JD or equivalent degree
- Continuing legal education in tax law
