The Opportunity
As part of the Corporate team you will provide strategic legal advice and support on a wide range of corporate and commercial matters. As a Director you will set the strategic direction, lead business development efforts, and oversee multiple projects while maintaining significant executive-level client relations. This unique opportunity allows you to work closely with cross-functional teams and contribute to meaningful projects within the PwC network.
Responsibilities

What You Must Have
- Juris Doctorate
- 5 years of experience with Corporate transactions and Corporate governance including M&A, joint ventures and restructuring

- Advising on complex corporate transactions and governance
- Possessing knowledge of corporate secretarial and financing issues
- Drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements
- Conducting legal risk assessments and developing mitigation strategies

- Utilizing technology to improve efficiency in legal support
- Leading and mentoring junior team members
- Demonstrating proven verbal and written communication skills

For roles that are based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range for this position. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
