This senior leadership role is focused on driving enterprise-wide continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, innovation, and business performance. The successful candidate will lead strategic projects across multiple functions, leveraging methodologies like Lean, Six Sigma, and Agile to deliver measurable impact. Collaborating with senior leaders, you will influence organizational priorities, optimize processes, and ensure transparency through data-driven insights. Accountabilities:
· Lead and manage cross-functional continuous improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and related methodologies.
· Build strong partnerships with senior leaders to align continuous improvement strategies with organizational goals.
· Develop and oversee strategic initiatives from concept to execution, ensuring measurable business outcomes.
· Design and implement reporting automation and standardization to enhance decision-making capabilities.
· Perform cost-benefit analyses and value realization assessments to prioritize improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with business leaders to refine use cases and optimize resource allocation.
· Apply Agile and Scrum principles to manage project timelines and stakeholder engagement.
· Drive root cause analysis to develop sustainable, long-term solutions.
· Utilize data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau to communicate performance metrics and insights.
· Apply domain expertise in mortgage servicing and insurance, focusing on lender-placed insurance and regulatory compliance.
· Bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent education and experience considered.
· 10+ years of relevant experience in continuous improvement, strategic project management, or related fields.
· Strong expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile methodologies, and business analytics.
· Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects with measurable results.
· Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
· Proficiency with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and reporting automation.
· Experience in mortgage servicing and insurance domains is a significant plus.
· Demonstrated ability to apply critical thinking and root cause analysis for problem-solving.
· Competitive salary range between $104,000 and $163,380 annually, based on experience.
