Accountabilities:

• Deploy and manage cloud-based environments with leading public cloud providers.
• Provide advanced support for customer incidents and internal infrastructure needs.
• Automate CI/CD pipelines, including build, test, and deployment processes.
• Develop and maintain monitoring, observability, and incident response systems.
• Ensure systems adhere to network, security, and identity governance best practices.
• Create internal documentation, training resources, and operational runbooks.
• Stay up to date on DevOps trends and tools, including serverless architecture.

• 2+ years of hands-on DevOps or production services experience in a cloud environment.
• Strong experience with monitoring tools like Grafana, Prometheus, or similar.
• Proficiency in scripting or coding (Java, Python, Ruby, Node.js, etc.).
• Solid Linux knowledge and understanding of networking and cryptography principles.
• Experience with AWS or equivalent cloud platforms and version control tools (Git).
• Bachelor's degree in computer science (or equivalent practical experience).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools like CodeFresh, Jenkins, or AWS CodePipeline is a plus.
• Effective communicator across time zones and cultures; additional languages are a bonus.
