Senior Full Stack Engineer

In this role, you’ll develop systems to manage and operate physical sensors remotely, integrate sensor data into strategic platforms, and design robust infrastructure to support high-stakes field operations. Accountabilities:

• Design and build full-stack applications to manage and configure distributed physical sensors.
• Develop data pipelines to route sensor data into downstream and external systems.
• Implement scalable test infrastructure across on-device and backend systems.
• Collaborate with product strategists, engineers, and mission partners to define and deliver key platform features.
• Travel up to 20% to engage with field users, gather requirements, and support deployments.
• Own features end-to-end — from architecture and development to testing and release.

• 4+ years of experience in software development using general-purpose programming languages.
• Proficiency with React and JavaScript, plus experience with relational and non-relational databases.
• Strong communication skills and a track record of independently owning major features.
• U.S. citizenship or permanent residency is required.
• Must be able to work onsite in Seattle (hybrid model).
• Bonus if you have experience with embedded systems or software-defined radio (SDR).

• Salary range: $150,000 – $210,000, plus equity and 401(k) match.
