Accountabilities:
· Drive sales growth through a blend of cold and warm prospecting, follow-ups, and closing deals.
· Focus initially on corporate gifting, crafting tailored solutions for employee appreciation and customer thank-you programs.
· Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients and strategic partners to expand market presence.
· Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure smooth execution and customer satisfaction.
· Utilize CRM systems to manage and optimize the sales pipeline and forecast revenue accurately.
· Represent the company professionally in meetings, both virtual and in-person, demonstrating clear and confident communication.
· 4-6 years of successful sales experience in B2C or B2B environments, ideally in e-commerce, technology, or consumer goods.
· Proven track record of increasing revenue in startup or small-team settings, managing deals valued between $2,000 and $20,000.
· Expertise in business development, including establishing profitable strategic partnerships and negotiating long-term agreements.
· Strong proficiency with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
· Results-driven mindset with excellent problem-solving and data-driven decision-making skills.
· Ability to quickly learn and adapt in a fast-evolving product environment.
· Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills to foster collaboration across teams.
· Commitment to values of transparency, quality, and sustainability.
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; sales certifications and an interest in sustainability are a plus.
