- Conduct quarterly and annual business reviews highlighting ROI of solutions.
- Manage client escalations and serve as an advocate for client needs internally.
- Plan and lead client engagement events such as webinars and office hours.
- Drive contract renewals and identify expansion opportunities.
- Collaborate across teams including Product Management and Sales to align client feedback with offerings.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and handle confidential information responsibly.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
