As the Senior Manager of Campaign Marketing, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing multi-channel marketing campaigns that drive engagement and adoption of our products and services within K-12 school districts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong AI-first mindset, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to enhance marketing effectiveness and efficiency. This position requires a deep understanding of the K-12 education landscape and proven experience marketing to key decision-makers, including Superintendents, Cabinet Members, and functional Department Heads.
This role reports to the Vice President of Marketing and will manage 1–2 direct reports based in India.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive, integrated marketing campaigns across platforms including, but not limited to, email, social media, content marketing, digital advertising (paid search, display, paid social, programmatic), and webinars, with an AI-first approach to personalization, targeting, and optimization.
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Client Experience, Product, and Marketing teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and create compelling, relevant campaign messaging for K-12 district buyers.
- Provide direction for email marketing campaigns, including segmentation, automation and content creation, utilizing AI to scale marketing efforts and sales outreach.
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation among K-12 district buyers.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Manage marketing budgets effectively and allocate resources strategically across channels.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies (especially in AI and marketing automation), and competitive landscapes within K-12 education marketing.
- Manage and develop a small India-based team (1–2 direct reports) to support marketing operations, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals and driving high-quality deliverables.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with a proven track record of designing and executing successful multi-channel campaigns.
- Experience managing geographically dispersed teams and providing clear direction, communication, and support across time zones.
- Deep understanding and experience marketing to K-12 district buyers, specifically at the Superintendent and Cabinet level.
- Demonstrated AI-first mindset with practical experience leverage AI tools and strategies for enhanced marketing performance (e.g., personalization, predictive analytics, content optimizations, automation).
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and digital advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, social media ad managers).
- Proven project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Location: This role is based at our Herndon, Virginia headquarters. We believe working together in person is essential for real-time collaboration, deeper connection, and a shared commitment to moving K12 Insight forward as a team. The expected travel for this role is 10%.

The expected salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000 / year with the opportunity to earn additional compensation pursuant with K12 Insight’s corporate bonus plan. The salary range represents the low and high end of the salary range for this position, and is subject to change. Exact pay will be based on factors including but not limited to a candidate’s experience and skills, market demands, internal parity and organizational needs.
