Later is a leading enterprise in social media and influencer marketing software that enables brands to scale creator partnerships and optimize social commerce. We seek a strategic Director of Social Media to lead our social media strategy & team, driving innovative campaigns and measurable business results across platforms.

Skills

  • Strong social media strategy and leadership experience in marketing technology.
  • Proven ability to measure and tie social media to business outcomes.
  • Expertise in social media analytics, attribution, and ROI measurement.
  • Experience managing significant social media budgets and external agencies.
  • Excellent communication and senior leadership influence skills.
  • Deep knowledge of major social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive multi-platform social media strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define KPIs, OKRs, and ROI frameworks to connect social media efforts with revenue growth.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing social media team, including hiring and performance management.
  • Serve as the internal authority on social media trends and platforms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, sales, and product teams to develop integrated campaigns.
  • Manage social media budget, vendor relationships, and resource allocation.
  • Establish analytics frameworks and deliver executive-level social performance reporting.
  • Ensure brand voice and messaging consistency across all social channels.
  • Drive innovative content formats and campaign strategies to differentiate Later.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
