Partner Marketing Manager

Later is a leading enterprise in social media and influencer marketing software, committed to helping brands and creators maximize their impact through innovative partnerships and data-driven campaigns. We are seeking a highly creative and strategic Partner Marketing Manager to lead global partner marketing efforts, collaborating with major social platforms and internal teams to drive growth and brand awareness.

Skills

  • Strong partner marketing experience working with strategic partners to achieve business goals.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to lead projects and launch new products and campaigns.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Google Slides, and familiarity with Adobe Photoshop and/or Figma.

Responsibilities

  • Create and lead Later’s partner marketing strategy by collaborating with strategic partners to develop integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Build and nurture relationships with key partners including Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Brainstorm and implement joint marketing programs aligned with partnership goals and priorities.
  • Set marketing and campaign goals, define KPIs, and communicate performance to stakeholders.
  • Manage funding requests, co-marketing budgets, and track ROI effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with Product, Customer Marketing, and broader marketing teams to maximize campaign impact.
  • Drive ongoing communication with partners, executives, and teams to deepen relationships.
  • Analyze and optimize campaign performance and plan future marketing initiatives.
  • Develop deep understanding of Later’s marketing strategy, product roadmap, and best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or demonstrated professional equivalent skills.
