Why Join Us
Renjoy is one of the fastest-growing short-term rental management companies in Colorado, managing 200+ vacation properties (and counting) and on track to expand to 1,000+ units across multiple markets. We’ve built our reputation on hospitality excellence, smart use of systems and AI, and an obsession with delivering 5-star guest experiences at scale. By joining our team, you’ll become part of a future-focused, collaborative group of local and global all-stars that values innovation, ownership, and high performance.
This is a rare opportunity to make a massive impact: as we enter our next phase of growth, you will help shape how we optimize revenue across a growing, multi-market portfolio and be a key player in our mission to redefine the short-term rental experience.
Role Purpose
As a Revenue Management Specialist, you will play a mission-critical role in Renjoy’s growth by ensuring our properties are competitively priced and consistently optimized for maximum revenue. You’ll work within the Revenue Team to manage pricing across multiple platforms, monitor market trends, and leverage both software and strategic insight to drive performance.
You won’t just be inputting rates—you’ll be running experiments, forecasting demand, and partnering with operations and marketing teams to ensure alignment between pricing, occupancy goals, and revenue targets. You’ll help build scalable processes and bring strategic recommendations to the table as we grow.
Our Core Values
See Something, Do Something: Take initiative to solve problems.
Do What You Say: Deliver on promises, even under pressure.
Make It Better: Continuously improve processes and outcomes.
Own the Miss: Admit mistakes, fix them, and learn.
Say the Hard Thing: Communicate honestly and constructively.
We seek teammates who embody these values to help us deliver a best-in-class experience for both guests and owners.
Responsibilities
Daily Rate Management & Optimization
Manage and optimize daily pricing across Renjoy’s portfolio using dynamic pricing software (Wheelhouse) and manual adjustments when needed. Ensure alignment with demand, seasonality, and local events.
Performance Monitoring
Track KPIs such as RevPAR, occupancy, and ADR. Identify underperforming listings and develop action plans to improve performance.
Market Analysis & Forecasting
Stay on top of market trends, competitor strategies, and booking patterns. Adjust pricing strategies accordingly and forecast occupancy and revenue.
Orphan Night & Gap-Fill Strategy
Implement creative strategies to capture revenue from orphan nights, last-minute availability, and off-season dates. Collaborate with Guest Experience and Ops to fill gaps and boost occupancy.
Experimentation & Testing
Design and execute A/B tests around pricing models, minimum stays, and discount strategies. Share insights and iterate based on results.
Collaborative Planning
Partner with other departments—including Operations, Guest Experience, and Owner Relations—to align pricing strategy with business objectives and ensure operational readiness for demand fluctuations.
Tools & Systems Ownership
Become an expert user of pricing and analytics tools like Wheelhouse, Airtable, and PMS platforms. Recommend and help implement new tools or dashboards to improve revenue visibility and decision-making.
