Lenze Americas is hiring an experienced Regional Sales Manager to lead our northeast area. The ideal candidate must have industry experience with 5+ years' experience leading a team with proven results. This position is remote, but candidate should live in MA, RI, NH, CT, NY, NJ area.

Position Summary: The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for sales performance in their assigned regions by developing and executing the overall strategy, leading, and developing their team, and nurturing internal relationships.


Position Title: Regional Sales Manager - Northeast

Location:  Remote (must live in northeast region)

Base Earnings: $145,750 - $163,000 + 25% bonus plan


Key Responsibilities Include:

  • Responsible for the success of the Northeast area of US
  • Lead, mentor and inspire a diverse team to achieve and exceed regional sales targets
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans that align with the overall company objectives and regional market opportunities
  • Analyze market trends, identify new business opportunities and implement initiatives that expand market share
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability and continuous improvement
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, channel partners and industry stakeholders
  • Provide regular sales forecasts, performance reports and actional insights to US Sales Director
  • Willingness to travel 30-50% of the time



Requirements


  • 5+ years of actual high-performance sales experience with products used in the manufacturing and/or process industries
  • 5+ years' experience as a manager with exceptional leadership skills & ability to lead teams and drive results 
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to inspire and influence at all levels
  • Proven track record of building and managing successful sales teams 
  • Experience with multi-channel sales approaches
  • Technical undergraduate degree + MBA (preferred)
