Pathfinders Wanted - Join Us!

We’re looking for an Account Manager to join our team. Reporting directly into CRO, you’ll be an integral part of building a successful go-to-market organization, and you’ll play a critical role in deepening relationships with our existing customers, driving adoption, expansions, and long-term success of our customers on the Levelpath platform.

We are building a world class go-to-market team – obsessed with understanding the procurement function goals of our customers to address their needs via the Levelpath platform. This role is all about growing our most strategic accounts and expanding our footprint in our customer base. It offers a rewarding journey for anyone looking to drive meaningful impact and shape the foundation of account management at an early, high-growth company. You’ll be given significant responsibility and visibility from day one.

This position is located in downtown San Francisco, in-office, conveniently adjacent to public transit. What You’ll Do

  • Drive revenue growth through renewals, upsells, and cross-sells across our customer base

  • Own the customer experience from onboarding to full adoption and value realization

  • Identify and nurture customer champions and executive sponsors, while building deep, lasting relationships with key internal and external stakeholders

  • Conduct periodic business reviews to understand evolving customer needs and communicate the Levelpath value proposition in the context of their priorities

  • Help plan, build, optimize, and scale our go-to-market processes, practices, assets, and systems for serving and growing enterprise accounts

  • Maintain accurate records of all account activities, expansion opportunities, and renewal forecasts to provide timely pipeline and revenue updates

  • Drive adoption of new solution offerings by educating existing customers and collaborating closely with the product & engineering teams on product rollout strategies

  • Act as the voice of the customer, surfacing feedback and product needs to help shape the roadmap

What you Bring to the Table

  • Empathy, patience, and a proactive sense of ownership in helping customers succeed

  • 7+ years of Account Management or Customer Success experience in a fast-paced B2B SaaS environment

  • Experience running customer meetings, leading QBRs, and negotiating renewals or expansions

  • SaaS startup experience and being part of a founding post-sales or customer growth team is a plus

  • Proven track record of hitting or exceeding net revenue retention (NRR) targets and customer satisfaction metrics

  • Strong understanding of account planning, stakeholder management, and strategic growth within complex organizations

  • Availability for some travel — when the time comes to visit your customers!

The estimated annual base cash salary for this role is $100,000-$150,000 with total OTE $200,000-$300,000.
