The Implementation Consultant, Customer Migrations will play a pivotal role in the end-to-end process of migrating customers between software platforms. This position requires exceptional project management skills, customer-focused communication abilities, creative problem solving, and technical aptitude. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, Customer Success, and Services to develop and execute migration strategies that minimize disruption and maximize customer satisfaction and adoption of new product feature sets.  This is a great opportunity to lead the migration process from inception and push it to scale.

Responsibilities: 

  • Lead customer migration projects, utilizing a combination of automated and manual processes in partnership with Engineering and other teams.
  • Act as a proactive and organized project manager, guiding new customers through the migration process and shortening time-to-value.
  • Manage and coordinate multiple customer migrations simultaneously as the implementation lead, collaborating with Customer Success to ensure appropriate client communication and preparation
  • Gather customer requirements through interview and analysis and translate to LinkSquares’ applications capabilities providing customers with technical support and guidance on best practices.
  • Configure LinkSquares software applications for customers using a training and enablement approach.
  • Facilitate touchpoints and status meetings with customers in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create and follow escalation paths for addressing customer concerns or technical issues during migration.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues arising from migration implementations and collaborate with Engineering and Customer Support as needed to remedy.
  • Track project plans, and report project progress to appropriate parties both internally within LinkSquares as well as with customer organizations.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices, project standards and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of migrations and team processes, policies, & procedures.
  • Identify opportunities for knowledge management, documentation and service automation, and participate in creating those tools. 

Qualifications: 

  • 2-4+ years proven customer-facing experience in implementation, onboarding, consulting, support, sales engineering, or technical problem-solving within a SaaS business
  • Understanding of SaaS platforms, software development lifecycles, and deployment processes
  • Working knowledge of data migration concepts and challenges
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Monday.com)
  • Basic understanding of API integrations and software architecture (beneficial)
  • An above-and-beyond team player who will do whatever it takes to make us better and maximize customer satisfaction
