Driveway Inventory Services Specialist

Location: 150 N Bartlett St., Medford OR 97504

Compensation: $20.00/hr

Schedule: Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00pm

Position Overview:

The Driveway Inventory Specialist will be responsible for providing specialized expertise in used vehicle inventory, lien payoffs, equity payments and relevant accounting functions. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, accurate and able to perform in a high-paced work environment.

What You’ll Do: 

  • Acquire and maintain a comprehensive knowledge of shared services processes and procedures.

  • Stock in and post accounting for vehicle purchases sent in from various hub locations.

  • Process daily equity check and ACH payment requests for Driveway customers.

  • Process daily lien payoffs for Driveway vehicle purchases.

  • Provide information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, and accurately communicating findings.

  • Produce quality audits to proactively resolve errors.

  • Complete other duties and special projects, as assigned.

What You’ll Bring: 

  • Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.

  • Time management – ability to prioritize workload and manage one’s own time.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting or related field preferred.

  • 2-4 years of Business Administrative experience preferred.

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office software – Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

·         High School graduate or equivalent required 

·         18 years or older
