Responsibilities
- Handle daily collections tasks including customer communications and status tracking.
- Create and maintain records and assist in preparing weekly collections call agendas.
- Track and report aging customer balances and monitor payment plan compliance.
- Collaborate with Sales Operations to manage customer credit requests.
- Prepare documentation for balances sent to collections and assist with related reporting.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
Education
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
