Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite/Office 365.
- Knowledge of project management and contract administration principles.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily project operations including schedules, documentation, and communication with internal and external teams.
- Track and maintain project records such as submittals, RFIs, change orders, and correspondence using project management software.
- Monitor field activities and report on progress, operational impacts, and discrepancies.
- Coordinate scopes of work, work packages, construction schedules, and prepare draft correspondence for approval.
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Maintain accurate data in project management systems.
- Prepare punch lists and assist with final inspections and close-out documentation.
- Support preparation of project status reports, progress summaries, staffing plans, and other deliverables.
- Assist with financial tracking including estimates, budgets, accruals, and cash flows.
- Contribute to quality control and compliance by reviewing project documents for accuracy and conformance.
- Provide guidance on documentation standards and proper use of project systems.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or related field, or equivalent experience.
