Who We Are Looking For

We're searching for a highly driven, detail-oriented, and experienced commercial HVAC/R expert who possesses the entrepreneurial spirit to lead and significantly grow this services business. This role requires a hands-on approach to strategic planning, operational execution, and team leadership.

Essential Qualifications

• Industry Leadership: 10+ years of comprehensive experience in the commercial HVAC and refrigeration industry, with a proven track record of managing and scaling service and installation operations. Residential experience is not required.

• Operational Excellence: Deep understanding and hands-on experience with all aspects of commercial HVAC/R services, including system diagnostics, complex repair, preventative maintenance programs, and efficient project management for new installations.

• Business Development Acumen: Demonstrated success in client relationship management, securing new commercial service contracts, bidding, estimating, and a strong ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.

• Team Leadership: Proven experience in leading and motivating a team of HVAC/R technicians, fostering a productive work environment, and ensuring high service standards and safety compliance.

• Financial & Business Management: Significant experience in small business management, including budgeting, financial analysis, P&L responsibility, and strategic planning to maximize profitability within a commercial HVAC/R context.

• Technical Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of various commercial HVAC systems, refrigeration units, controls, energy efficiency solutions, relevant materials, safety protocols, and industry best practices.

• Regulatory Understanding: A solid understanding of local building codes, HVAC/R regulations, safety standards (OSHA), and licensing requirements relevant to commercial operations in Utah.
