- Design and execute compliance monitoring for AML, sanctions, and key risks
- Act as escalation point for AML alerts and due diligence issues
- Train US teams on compliance requirements and embed compliance in operations
- Provide business-friendly compliance guidance to support growth
- Collaborate cross-functionally with global and US teams on compliance initiatives
Education
- Relevant certifications such as ACAMS or CRCM preferred
- Demonstrated compliance expertise in US financial services, fintech, payments, or banking
