Responsibilities
- Provide legal advice on general corporate matters
- Identify and mitigate legal risks in partnership with Board and management
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex corporate agreements
- Support leadership in strategic licensing, transactions, and due diligence
- Advise on employment law compliance and corporate governance
- Manage compliance programs, outside counsel, litigation, and arbitration
- Oversee privacy compliance and record retention policies
- Prepare the company for IPO readiness and public securities filings
- Assist with capital raises and issuances alongside Finance and executive teams
Education
- Bachelor's Degree
- Juris Doctor Degree from ABA Accredited Law School
- License to practice law in Massachusetts
