Responsibilities
- Serve as subject matter expert on ERISA, ACA, HIPAA, COBRA, Section 125 and other regulations.
- Provide proactive client compliance support and consulting.
- Coordinate compliance documentation and vendor partnerships.
- Monitor and communicate regulatory updates through webinars and trainings.
- Collaborate internally and externally to integrate compliance solutions.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the compliance team.
- Develop scalable compliance tools and workflows.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Compensation & Benefits, Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or Healthcare Administration required.
- Master’s degree in Human Resources, Public Health, Healthcare Law, or Business Administration preferred.
