MasterClass is seeking a Product Manager for Consumer Innovation to lead rapid experimentation on AI-driven learning experiences. This remote position involves working with cross-functional teams to develop new educational products.
Responsibilities: Lead rapid experimentation and product execution for innovation initiatives, design and test hypotheses through MVPs, collaborate with engineering and design teams, and analyze data to inform product decisions.
Skills: 4+ years of product management experience, strong analytical skills, experience in consumer tech, collaboration in cross-functional settings, and familiarity with AI and LLM-based products.
Qualifications: Experience in early-stage environments, a bias towards action and experimentation, with a focus on user needs and data-driven decision-making.
Location: Remote-first position with collaborative spaces in San Francisco, Los Angeles, and New York.
Compensation: Not provided by employer. Typical compensation ranges for this position are between $120,000 - $170,000.
