- Expertise in B2B performance marketing and paid lead generation.
- Proficient in managing agency relationships with significant budgets.
- Strong knowledge of performance metrics including CPM, CTR, CPA, CPL, and LTV.
- Experience with marketing automation and analytics tools such as HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, GA4.
- Hands-on experience with advertising platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, TikTok, CTV, and ABM tools.
- Excellent analytical, project management, and communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Own and execute B2B paid marketing strategies across channels including paid search, social, programmatic, and retargeting.
- Manage and provide strategic direction to an external performance marketing agency.
- Optimize campaigns for lead quality, conversion rates, and budget efficiency.
- Develop testing roadmaps for creative, audiences, bidding strategies, landing pages, and emerging channels.
- Collaborate with brand design and cross-functional teams to align marketing campaigns with sales and business goals.
- Manage and forecast paid marketing budgets and report performance metrics to leadership.
- Stay updated on trends in B2B healthcare marketing and employee benefits industry.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
