We’re hiring a Head of Growth to lead and scale our customer acquisition engine. You’ll own the full growth funnel—from first touch to conversion—and work closely with our CEO to define experiments, drive execution, and unlock new levers for growth.
Responsibilities
Design and execute multi-channel growth strategies (paid, organic, partnerships, product-led, etc.)
Own core growth metrics (activation, conversion, retention, CAC:LTV)
Build and manage experiments across landing pages, onboarding flows, and in-product growth loops
Collaborate with product to influence roadmap and growth loops
Scale paid acquisition and improve attribution across channels
Define and manage growth tech stack (analytics, automation, tracking)
You might be a fit if you:
Have led growth at an early-stage B2B SaaS company (ideally devtools or infra)
Are comfortable getting hands dirty in tools (SQL, GA, Segment, Hubspot, etc.)
Have strong product intuition and care about user experience
Think in terms of systems and compounding advantages
Move fast, measure everything, and ship constantly

Technical background or strong familiarity with developer products
Experience running PLG and/or sales-assisted funnels in parallel
