Responsibilities
- Define and document technology and process needs for corporate back-office functions.
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Operations, Compliance, and other stakeholders to improve workflows and data integrity.
- Gather, analyze, and prioritize business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Serve as liaison between business units and technical teams ensuring clear alignment on complex financial concepts.
- Develop and maintain a roadmap for internal back-office systems aligned with company objectives.
- Lead system implementations and enhancements through cross-functional collaboration, including process mapping and testing.
- Drive initiatives to improve system efficiency, data accuracy, reporting, and user experience within back-office platforms.
- Manage relationships, contracts, and performance of third-party vendors.
- Ensure systems comply with relevant regulatory and company policies.
Education
- Relevant bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in related fields.
