Responsibilities
- Assist in developing event strategy, goals, and outcomes for Capitals sales events.
- Coordinate logistics including vendors, menus, invitations, and registrations.
- Work with outside vendors such as venues, A/V, product vendors, and caterers.
- Manage inventory of autographed/promotional items and giveaways.
- Organize and maintain promotional products, team memorabilia, and gifts.
- Use Archtics and FEVO software for post-event data analysis.
- Support planning, setup, and execution of sales events and initiatives.
- Conduct market research and share findings.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education
- Current undergraduate or graduate student, or recent graduate within 9 months.
