Responsibilities
- Represent the Capitals at community events and grassroots festivals.
- Assist with Caps Hockey School by scheduling and instructing P.E. classes.
- Lead Try Ball Hockey for Free clinics and Sticks & Sneakers classes.
- Organize and coach on-ice and off-ice hockey clinics and programs.
- Complete administrative tasks for youth hockey programs and reporting.
- Develop and improve community hockey outreach programs.
- Implement Mites on Ice during Capitals home games and coordinate activations.
- Maintain youth hockey participant databases and social media metric reports.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

- No specific degree required; ability to learn and self-teach.
