Responsibilities
- Coordinate referral conversion into signed cases with timely intake and CRM updates.
- Serve as primary contact to respond promptly to partner requests and maintain trust.
- Process and update referral fee payments ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Maintain accurate CRM records on referrals, case statuses, and interactions.
- Escalate complex issues like compliance concerns or payment disputes to Sr. Director.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
