Responsibilities
- Own the onboarding experience for new clients, tailoring implementations to their unique needs and goals.
- Serve as a product expert and main point of contact during and after implementation to troubleshoot and escalate issues.
- Continuously improve implementation playbooks and use AI tools to enhance the onboarding process.
- Collaborate with Sales to understand client workflows and set expectations during pre-sales.
- Proactively manage account health by tracking usage, identifying blockers, and advocating for clients.
- Work closely with Support to resolve customer issues and clarify team ownership boundaries.
