Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives to improve revenue cycle processes for revenue capture and compliance
- Assign and oversee AR worklists to support billing accuracy and productivity
- Manage claims-related mail and resolve payer correspondence timely
- Conduct audits to identify billing discrepancies and recommend corrective actions
- Monitor billing department inbox and follow up on inquiries
- Address client billing concerns via phone and email
- Analyze data trends and performance metrics to inform improvements
- Collaborate with finance, billing, coding, and clinical teams
- Maintain knowledge of billing regulations and implement changes
- Provide support and training on revenue cycle procedures
- Participate in special projects as assigned
- Adhere to company policies, compliance guidelines, and professional standards
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred
