Position Overview:
We are seeking a data-driven, high-energy Talent Acquisition Manager to lead and scale our talent acquisition function. You’ll oversee full-cycle recruiting across all departments with a focus on high-volume sales and customer experience roles. You’ll drive strategy, lead execution, and build a strong talent brand across digital and social channels.
This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is deeply analytical, and understands how to build and scale recruiting systems, teams, and employer brand to support rapid growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and evolve the recruiting strategy for high-volume sales, customer service, and corporate roles.
Manage and develop a small recruiting team; provide coaching, mentorship, and performance management.
Design, track, and report on key recruiting metrics (time to fill, source of hire, cost per hire, funnel conversion, etc.).
Own and improve sourcing strategies including job boards, employee referrals, social media, and talent pipelines.
Partner with hiring managers to define job profiles, ideal candidate criteria, and selection processes.
Champion the use of social media and employer branding campaigns to attract talent (e.g., LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
Implement structured interview and evaluation processes that align with our customer-first culture.
Optimize our ATS and recruiting tech stack to ensure efficiency, compliance, and a top-tier candidate experience.
Analyze recruiting data to influence decisions and continuously improve hiring performance.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting, with at least 3+ years in a management capacity.
Expertise in sourcing, hiring, and retaining customer-facing talent such as sales representatives, account managers, or call center agents.
Proven success in high-volume recruiting environments, required in sales or customer-high-volume performance driven sales hiring initiatives.
Demonstrated experience using data and recruiting analytics to drive hiring strategy and decision-making.
Ability to thrive in a metric and outcome driven culture with a passion for delivering measurable business impact through talent.
Strong knowledge of social media sourcing and employer branding strategies.
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems (Ashby preferred).
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Comfortable operating in a fast-paced, scaling company environment.
Passion for creating a candidate-centric experience.
Preferred:
Experience in high-growth startups or mid-sized companies.
Background in performance marketing, sales hiring, or customer experience recruiting.
Familiarity with content-driven hiring campaigns (videos, reels, career stories, etc.).
