Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Recruiter to join our talent acquisition team. This role is key to scaling Ether.fi’s world-class team across all functions. As ether.fi continues to expand, this role is critical in bringing on the right talent we need to reach our goals. You'll partner with hiring managers, be an advocate for our culture, and a champion for candidate / employee experience. This role is based in one of our offices (Toronto, NYC, Denver, or Cayman Islands) and in office 4x per week.
What you will do:
Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles across our 4 hubs in North America (engineering, product, operations, marketing, and more).
Partner closely with hiring managers to deeply understand team needs, role requirements, and hiring goals.
Source and engage top-tier candidates through creative sourcing strategies.
Optimize and scale ****our hiring process by building recruiting workflows, interview frameworks, and improving candidate experience.
Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, offering market insights, talent mapping, and competitive intel.
Champion ether.fi’s values and employer brand in every candidate interaction.
Track and analyze recruiting metrics to improve funnel efficiency and quality of hires.
What we are looking for:
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in high-growth tech or crypto/Web3 environments.
Proven success in hiring for both technical (engineering, product) and non-technical (GTM, operations, leadership) roles.
Deep understanding of sourcing strategies and familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS (e.g., Ashby or similar), and other sourcing platforms.
Ability to build relationships with hiring managers, influence decisions, and act as a talent advisor.
Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, distributed startup and handle ambiguity with grace.
Passion for Web3, crypto, and decentralized technologies or a curiosity to learn.
Excellent communication, project management, and organizational skills.
