Your Purpose

MSC Cruises USA is seeking an experienced Digital Media Manager. The Manager is responsible for planning and optimizing digital marketing campaigns to support B2C goals of driving site traffic, increasing cruise bookings at target ROI, and building brand awareness & equity. The Manager will work with external agency resources and internal stakeholders in the US, to deliver goals within budget.

 

This position will manage paid digital media efforts and support the Digital Marketing Manager with a focus on Digital Media Activation & Reporting, Affiliate Marketing Performance, Media Tool Management, Creative Trafficking & Billing.

 

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days per week in the office, in Miami. 

Your Impact

  • Manage and work very closely with external agencies to lead and manage paid search, paid social (Meta, Pinterest, TikTok & Reddit), display and other paid media campaigns to optimize for team objectives and exceed performance goals.
  • Manage the entire marketing deliverable cycle including initial planning, budgeting, implementation, monitoring, optimization, analysis and reporting (inclusive of building out dashboards in conjunction with agency partners).
  • Work closely with agencies in developing budgets, audience strategy, and tactics across all digital touchpoints.
  • Manage budget planning and reconciliation for digital channels.
  • Oversee all aspects of Affiliate Marketing including planning, paid placement strategy, reporting, testing & optimization.
  • Collaborate with agency to manage Learning Agenda and prioritize testing strategy.
  • Oversee digital media reporting including Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly reports.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate the implementation and maintenance of Media Pixels & Conversion APIs.
  • Manage tagging needs and partner with global and local eCommerce teams to prioritize and monitor the completion of requests
  • Own all aspects of media product feed management and maintain products feeds for ad platforms.
  • Responsible for overseeing creative and technical specs for all paid media campaigns across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Partner with Advertising Manager to generate creative for paid media campaigns.
  • Oversee trafficking of creative assets for media campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and proper implementation.
  • Manage Paid Search & Affiliate copy to ensure compliance and alignment with MSC Cruises’ promotional strategy.

Your Journey so far

  • Strong experience in Paid Search, Affiliate and Paid Social
  • Must be a self-starter, with strong planning and organizational skills.
  • Detail-oriented and proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and advanced knowledge of excel.
  • Knowledge of Paid Media & Web Analytics Platforms include Meta, Google Ads, SA360, DV360, DCM, Yahoo DSP, TikTok, Pinterest, Reddit, Snapchat, Bing, Google Analytics, and Adobe Analytics.
  • Proven understanding of the affiliate space and familiarity with all affiliate partner types (editorial, cashback, card-linked offers, strategic brand partners, etc.) and how to optimize partnerships to drive performance across various affiliate models.
  • Proficiency in affiliate marketing tools and platforms.
  • Digital media planning experience at Ad Agency and/or in-platform hands on keyboard digital campaign management preferred.
